Mother Mendon Sings Saturday March 25th, 2017 @ 7pm Valley Chapel, 14 Hunter Rd. Uxbridge, MA
For more Mendon History please visit www.hope1842.com/mendonmenu.html "The intent of this unique choral event is to create an historical performance that will be recorded in the history of Mendon and remembered for many years to come. The songs selected by the Director and the Mendon 350th Committee will move the audience through a historical timeline bringing us from Mendon 1667 to Mendon of the present. This concert embodies, for the first time in 350 years, the concept of the original “Mother Mendon-” The coming together, as one voice, on one stage, of the nine municipalities once known as Mendon: Mendon, Bellingham, Upton, Uxbridge, Northbridge, Milford, Blackstone, Hopedale and Millville, for a unique, historic, anniversary concert singing together in celebration of our shared heritage.” Composer Competition:
